2. FIREARM TRANSFERS
All firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. J&J Armory will process transfers in accordance with ATF regulations and Idaho state law.
Customers are responsible for:
– Ensuring the firearm is legal in their jurisdiction
– Completing all required paperwork
– Paying applicable transfer fees
3. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Customers must meet all legal age requirements for firearm purchases as defined by federal and state law.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
All services, including transfers and custom builds, are subject to agreed pricing. Fees may vary depending on the service provided.
5. NO REFUNDS / RETURNS
All firearm sales and transfers are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once a transfer process has begun, except where required by law.
6. CUSTOM BUILDS
Custom firearm builds are tailored to customer specifications. Deposits may be required. Build timelines may vary based on parts availability and project complexity.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
J&J Armory is not responsible for misuse of firearms or products after transfer. By purchasing or transferring through us, you agree to use all products safely and legally.
